Guide How to Mine Ethereum PoW SOLO

Choose your mining server:

RegionShare DiffServerStatus
Europe17.17G for GPU
solo-ethw.2miners.com:6060
Active
68.71G for Nicehash
solo-ethw.2miners.com:6161
Active
By default or if in doubt which share difficulty to choose, choose the lower one. We recommend the high share difficulty if you mine with more than 500 GPU's. If you mine using Nicehash you should always choose the high share difficulty. Share difficulty doesn’t affect miner rewards. Read more.

Step 1 - Create a wallet

Currently, there is no wallet with native ETHW support. You could generate a wallet address on a crypto exchange, for example Binance, OKX or ByBit. We recommend to use an Ethereum wallet that supports custom RPC, for example Metamask. Add a custom network using this tutorial and ETHW network details.

  • Network Name: ETHW-mainnet
  • New RPC URL: https://mainnet.ethereumpow.org
  • Chain ID: 10001
  • Currency Symbol: ETHW
  • Block Explorer URL(Optional): https://mainnet.ethwscan.com

Step 2 - Download mining software

Quick start - Download ready to go version of the GPU Miner (archive password - 2miners).

For Nvidia GPU's we recommend T-Rex (Guide - How to use T-Rex) or GMiner (Guide - How to use GMiner).
For AMD GPU's we recommend lolMiner (Guide - How to use lolMiner) or GMiner (Guide - How to use GMiner).

Step 3 - Edit the bat file

Use YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS that you've created on Step 1.
Example: 0x002e08000acbbaE2155Fab7AC01929564949070d
If you want, you can Change RIG_ID in the bat file. Specify the name of the rig as you want it to be shown in miner's statistics page. This field is not mandatory. You could leave it empty.
Length of RIG_ID - Maximum 32 characters. Use English letters, numbers and symbols "-" and "_".
Example: rig-1
